Event information
We work to keep event information accurate and current, but details such as times, venue and programme may change. The confirmed details for an event you have booked are those on your ticket and in our messages to you.
Tickets
Tickets are sold and issued by Quicket. Your purchase is governed by Quicket’s terms and by the ticket conditions shown at checkout, including any refund rules. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
Attending our events
- Please follow venue rules and the instructions of our team, particularly during practical self-defence sessions.
- Take part within your own physical limits, and tell us before the event about any medical condition, injury or access need we should know about.
- We may refuse entry to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour is unsafe, abusive or disrespectful to others.
- Trauma-healing sessions are supportive group experiences. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or legal advice.
